Russia intends to join Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporizhia by holding manipulated referenda. This was made by representatives of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk republics.
The pro-Kremlin RIA Nowosti even announced the likely date of the referenda on September 23-27.
