Germany’s Environment Ministry reported a leak at the Isar II nuclear power plant.
Isar II is one of three nuclear power plants currently operating in Germany.
The German environment ministry issued an urgent announcement that the leak was not a safety hazard, but required repair work.
It is not known whether the power plant will continue to operate or not, as all nuclear power plants in Germany are to be shut down. The country is to withdraw from nuclear energy.
