Vladimir Putin spoke on the successes of Ukraine. He stated that Russia was in no rush to terminate operations. He also said what he had planned.
The statement was made at the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Samarkand in Uzbekistan.
“Our offensive actions in the Donbas are not stopping, they are progressing slowly (…). The operation plan does not need to be changed (…), we are in no hurry”, he said at a press conference
“We will see how Ukraine’s counteroffensive ends”, he added.
He also threatened to react “more seriously if Russia’s security was threatened”.
