Switzerland has followed the most extreme path, forcing its inhabitants to have temperatures below 19 degrees Celsius in their homes. If the temperature is higher and there is willful misconduct, the owners may be fined and even imprisoned for three years.

If other countries follow Switzerland’s path, we will face a hard winter, full of prohibitions, orders and temperature monitoring.
