Off the coast of Cornwall, a woman was attacked by a blue shark. This is the first case in over 150 years.
Recently, tragic information has emerged from Hurghada about two women being attacked by a shark, while a similar incident has taken place in the UK.
The attack took place on July 28 near the town of Penzance. The woman took part in a dive observing blue sharks. One of them turned and bit her leg. Fortunately, the predator did not continue its attack.
The main diet of sharks is marine animals. Attacks on humans are extremely rare, mainly when a shark attacks by mistake.
