Heat record beaten! Over 40 degrees in London!

Record heat will hit Great Britain for two days. Currently, 38 degrees are recorded in most of the city. However, there are parts of the metropolis where the temperature is higher. As much as 40.2 degrees Celsius was recorded at Heathrow.

Tomorrow it will still be warm, around 29 degrees, maybe raining as well. We will not feel the change until Thursday, when it cools down to 29 degrees.

Long-term forecasts are of further heat for several days and then slowing down to around 24 degrees by the end of the month.
