British Sky News spoke to Dmitry Peskov. A Kremlin spokesman said the war may end in the coming days.
– We hope that in the coming days this operation will either achieve its goals or we will complete it through negotiations between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations – said Peskov.
The spokesman added that it depends on the progress in the negotiations and the position of the Ukrainian side. He also said directly that the most important thing was “readiness to accept Russia’s conditions”.
The spokesman’s words should be taken with caution. According to NATO information, Russia is preparing an offensive with the use of very large forces. The coming days will be crucial for the course of the war.
