Russia accuses Ukraine. Local authorities say the fire was caused by air raids. So far, the Ukrainian side has not confirmed these reports and it is not known if they are true.
“The emergency services went to the place of fire, measures are being taken to eliminate it” – confirmed the information quoted by the Nexta, the governor of the Belgorod region, Wiaczeslav Gladkov.
