“We saw enormous damage. We saw dozens of burned vehicles, both civilian and military. There is a noticeable complete lack of any communication, electricity and water (…) The situation is terrible. In recent days, the hospital was under fire. It was also mined” – informed the agency Ukrinform Taras Savchenko, deputy head of regional authorities.
