The United States announces new sanctions against Russia. They will affect Russian companies, members of the State Duma and the head of the largest bank.
The sanctions will affect 48 Russian defense companies, 328 members of the State Duma and the head of Russia’s largest bank.
Additional aid for Ukraine is also to be one billion dollars and the admission of 100,000. refugees.
