In the village of Rubiżne in Lugansk region, the missile hit a multi-story building. Three people are dead, including two children. The head of the local Ukrainian military services, Serhiy Haydaj, said.
This morning, the Ukrainian prosecutor general’s office informed that 121 children have already died as a result of Russian aggression in Ukraine. Additionally, 167 children were injured since the beginning of the war.
