The head of British military intelligence, General Jim Hockenhull, warns that Russia will change tactics. The Russian army has not achieved its goals, so it will try to exhaust the enemy.
According to the original plans and simulations, the capture of Kiev was to take place within 72 hours. This has not happened, and Russian losses are increasing.
– The Kremlin has so far failed to achieve its original goals. He has been surprised by the scale and ferocity of the Ukrainian resistance, and is struggling with problems he has created for himself. Russian actions have changed. Russia is now implementing its strategy of exhaustion. This will involve the use of fire indiscriminately – General Jim Hockenhull said.
The specialist added that the new tactic will lead to more victims and a deepening of the humanitarian crisis.
